The Courted Ruled simply ruled that that the Alpine Wild Horses are not wild under the federal 1971 Act. That says NOTHING about their being wild under State Law.
The Orwellian ISPMB also, ISPMB lost the Stay under the federal act as we believed they would.
HOWEVER, We are right back where we all started except:
1) The 18 Wild Horses supposedly rounded up according to court docs. are hidden on private property and now slated to go to slaughter.
2) The Orwellian (when it comes to wild horses) Center for Biologic Diversity or rather Adversity is back after these wild horses as well in court.
Governor Ducey has the Jurisdiction to preserve and protect these NATIVE States Wild Horses.
